We are a close family unit. Made up from my wife Angela, our daughter Rachel and myself Gerwyn. Over the years we have built a vast experience of the fresh meat sector and now been given this opportunity we are so excited to share this knowledge. I have been very fortunate to serve many of the finest restaurants and hotels within South Wales and can count many prolific chefs and restaurant owners as friends ! One thing we all have in common is our passion for good food, good conversation and a great shopping experience. We want you to be part of the best experience when buying your meat from us !
